We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Nutritionist to join our Wellness Studio team. The ideal candidate will provide expert nutritional guidance, develop personalized care plans, and support clients in achieving their health and wellness goals. This role involves assessing patient needs, offering tailored nutrition strategies, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to promote optimal health outcomes. The Nutritionist will play a vital role in fostering a holistic approach to wellness within our community.
We will operate as a deeply collaborative team, where you'll partner daily with our RN, Functional Medicine Doctor, and Owner to create an elevated client experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine nutritional needs and health status
- Build customized nutrition plans aligned with functional medicine protocols, physiological data, diagnostic evaluations, and patient goals
- Provide expert guidance on weight loss, dietary modifications, and long-term health maintenance
- Educate clients on proper dietary practices, fasting, supplements, gut health, detox support, hydration, and metabolism
- Monitor patient progress through regular follow-ups and adjust care plans accordingly
- Collaborate RN, Owner, Functional/Holistic practitioners on wellness plans for clients
- Utilize Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems for documentation and tracking of patient information
- Educate and patients about nutrition and assisting nutrients that support their wellness journeys
- Support dietary department initiatives and participate in staff training sessions when needed
- Contribute ideas as we grow — innovation is always welcome
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field (2-5 years RD/RDN a plus)
- Passion for functional nutrition and whole-body wellness
- Strong communication and coaching presence
- A team-first mindset and willingness to collaborate
- Excitement to grow your own practice within a thriving wellness environment
- Strong knowledge of nutrition, dietetics, physiology, and diagnostic evaluation techniques
- Experience in health coaching with the ability to motivate clients towards healthier lifestyles
- Supervising experience within dietary or healthcare settings is preferred
- Familiarity with EMR systems and hospital or long-term care environments
- Expertise in patient assessment, care planning, and implementing nutrition strategies for diverse populations including geriatrics and acute care patients
- Knowledge of weight loss programs and dietary management for chronic conditions such as diabetes or cardiovascular disease
- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate clients and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to adapt nutritional advice for specialized needs such as tube feeding or complex medical conditions

This role is structured as an independent provider renting a dedicated suite inside our wellness studio. You will maintain full autonomy of your practice while participating fully in our collaborative care model, sharing clients and contributing to our integrated wellness ecosystem.
