Duties
- Mixing and administer nutrient-packed IV drips and injections with precision, adhering to aseptic techniques and safety protocols
- Perform comprehensive client intake, invluding vital signs, medical history, assessment, and informed consent review
- Engaging with clients and answering questions they may have via email & phone
- Monitor patients during and after infusion treatments, managing any adverse reactions or complications
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records
- Educate patients on treatment plans, medication effects, and post-infusion care instructions
- Work collaboratively with the provider team to develop and refine client treatment plans alongside other studio treatments and services
- Maintain sterile processing standards for equipment and supplies used during procedures
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient confidentiality
- Support infection control practices within the wellness studio environment
Experience
- Active Florida RN license
- At least 1 year of IV or infusion experience (med spa or wellness experience a plus)
- Strong venipuncture and IV skills
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Professional malpractice insurance
- Friendly, professional, and client-focused mindset
- Comfortable working independently and confidently
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology related to infusion therapy
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required; additional certifications such as ACLS or PALS are a plus
- Strong understanding of infection control protocols and aseptic techniques necessary for safe practice
- Excellent communication skills for patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration
