Compensation
Hourly base pay with commissions & other incentives. there is no pay cap, the harder you work the more you make!
The Work Day
You as part of our sales team, you will assist customers toward a better night sleep or with new furniture to match their lifestyle. You will do this by learning our products and payment plans in order to confidently guide our guests through a purchase. We are a small team, you are expected to work well with others while taking ownership of your own sales. When other job duties are necessary, like cleaning, setting up new products or unloading inventory we all work together.
