Job Summary
Elmira Country Club is hiring Seasonal Golf Course Grounds Crew Members to help maintain and care for our golf course throughout the season. This is an outdoor, hands-on role ideal for students, retirees, or anyone looking for seasonal work in a beautiful setting.
What You'll Do
As part of the grounds crew, you'll help keep the course looking great for members and guests. Duties may include:
- Mowing greens, tees, fairways, and rough
- Raking bunkers and maintaining sand traps
- Trimming grass, weeds, and landscape areas
- Setting up course features (cups, tee markers, signs)
- Assisting with course cleanup and general maintenance
- Safely operating basic landscaping and mowing equipment
- Working as part of a team under the direction of the Superintendent or crew leaders
Tasks vary day-to-day and are assigned based on weather, course needs, and experience

Physical Requirements

Schedule
- Early mornings are a must
