POSITION SUMMARY

Fortress Technology Solutions is a property management software technology company based in Nashville, TN. We are a privately funded startup with a solid growth trajectory since day one. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Manage a technical team comprised of QA and Developers
• Consult on microservices and distributed architecture design
• Assist with project management and planning
• Provide technical guidance on new features and facilitating discussion
• Mentoring developers

SPECIFIC EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE:

• 7 years of software development experience
• 4 years in JS, database, and cloud infrastructure
• 3 years managing an engineering team of 8 or more
• Bachelor's Degree or higher

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

• Potential travel on a quarterly basis

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• High attention to detail
• Communicative team player
• Accounting experience
• Database design, NoSQL experience
• Analytics, ETL, data warehouse architectures
• Modern devops experience
• Full stack experience
