Elmhurst Ford is seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Truck Service Advisor to join our growing service department. This is a key customer-facing role focused on delivering exceptional service to our commercial and fleet clients while driving revenue and efficiency in the shop.
Compensation:
$100,000 – $200,000 per year (based on experience and performance)
Schedule:
Monday through Friday — No Weekends!
What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial and fleet service customers
Write repair orders and clearly communicate service recommendations
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs
Monitor job progress and proactively update customers
Upsell maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs
Build long-term relationships with commercial clients and fleet accounts
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a Service Advisor (commercial truck or automotive preferred)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of diesel and commercial truck service operations is a plus
Reynolds & Reynolds or similar DMS experience preferred
Valid driver’s license
