Overnight Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Elmer's Home Services of San Antonio, TX is seeking to hire a full-time or part-time Overnight Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our office team. Our CSRs are crucial to our company as they provide the best in customer care while scheduling services and educating our customers about our benefits. This full-time or part-time CSR position works an overnight schedule and earns a competitive wage of $15/hr during training and $17/hr once training has been completed. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN OVERNIGHT CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

As a part-time or full-time home services CSR, you arrive each day determined to serve the needs of our customers and staff. Without our customer relations, we wouldn't be able to keep our clients informed, educated, and smiling. You quickly build and maintain relationships and effectively demonstrate superb interpersonal skills.

Your primary responsibilities are to answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments, make follow-up calls, enter purchase orders, and process invoices. Our clients experience a positive, friendly disposition that radiates in all your interactions and is one of the reasons they enjoy doing business with us. QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working in a call center is preferred
• Available to work overnight hours
• Capable of using a computer correctly
• Some HVAC knowledge and experience are a PLUS!
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
