WHAT'S THE SCOPE?
As our Logistic Manager - HVAC, you'll earn $70,000–$80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Your schedule? We've got structure and balance: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional evening or weekend availability based on project demands.
YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER
As a Logistic Manager - HVAC, you dive into inventory reports, quickly identify trends, and forecast future needs so your techs always have what they need to get the job done. You are the behind-the-scenes hero, making sure HVAC parts, tools, and equipment are stocked, tracked, and delivered to job sites with precision. Whether you are reviewing DOT compliance, negotiating new vendor contracts, or optimizing delivery routes, your sharp decision-making and leadership ensure every project runs without a hitch. You know where everything is, where it's going, and what it costs.
WHAT'S REQUIRED TO BECOME OUR LOGISTIC MANAGER - HVAC?
- Valid driver's license, a CDL is a plus!
- Logistics, supply chain, or operations management experience within the HVAC, construction, or service industry
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to negotiate
