HOW YOU'LL DRIVE SUCCESS:
As our full-time Lead Dispatcher - Customer Service Rep, you are at the heart of our customer service team, ensuring that every call, email, and text is handled with precision and care. You'll proactively manage the dispatch board, strategically assigning the right technician to the right job to maximize efficiency and revenue. You'll use ServiceTitan and RingCentral to streamline scheduling, optimize call handling, and drive business growth. You'll also support evening and weekend team members, ensuring they have the guidance they need while keeping operations smooth. From tracking performance metrics to monitoring industry trends, your leadership will keep our team ahead of the competition.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems and plumbing services
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with computers
- Ability to handle both inbound and outbound phone calls
Having ServiceTitan experience is preferred. Further education, vocational training, or certifications in HVAC or construction are a plus!
