YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS AN HVAC INSTALLATION HELPER
In this role, you will work alongside experienced HVAC installers to provide comprehensive support during service calls, system inspections, and maintenance tasks. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of ventilation, heating, and air conditioning systems, as well as conducting careful safety and efficiency evaluations of systems. You'll be expected to communicate effectively with dispatch to ensure accurate scheduling and maintain updated service records, all while adhering strictly to Elmer's Training Processes and Procedures.
