Elmer's Home Services is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Residential Lead HVAC Installer to join our dynamic team in Houston, TX. There are two shifts available for this position: 8 am - 8 pm and 10 am - 10 pm. You will work Monday - Friday with alternating weekends.
PAY & BENEFITS
- $75,000 - $90,000 per year
- Medical, dental, and vision
- Paid plumbing certification renewal and CE classes
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're searching for someone who can meet these qualifications:
- 2 years of experience installing HVAC systems
- Current licensing through TDLR
- EPA certification
- Valid driver's license
- Leadership and communication skills
