THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
As a Residential HVAC Sales Technician, your day involves seamlessly servicing customer calls, coordinating with dispatch for scheduling and debriefing, and actively participating in company-sponsored training classes. Your role requires a hands-on approach to fixing HVAC systems on a mechanically inclined level, coupled with the finesse to upsell new systems and make repairs. Our ideal candidate exhibits the qualifications listed below:
- Mechanical proficiency with the ability to diagnose and fix HVAC systems
- Sales ability
- EPA certification with relevant TDLR licenses
- A valid driver's license
