The Pittsgrove Township School District is seeking qualified candidates to fill the following
certificated staff vacancies for the 2026-2027 school year:
- KINDERGARTEN BRIDGE TEACHER (1013 OR 1001 OR 2475)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid New Jersey Certification and Subject Area Endorsement or eligibility
- Demonstrated knowledge of subject specialty and effective teaching methods
- Ability to work with other professionals in a team environment for the benefit of
- our students.
- Knowledge/experience of using technology in the classroom.
- Ability to develop and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
- Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid New Jersey P–3 or K–6 Certification; Teacher of Students with Disabilities (TOSD) endorsement preferred.
- Expertise in trauma-sensitive practices and evidence-based positive behavioral supports to foster student resilience and successful school transition.
- Experience monitoring student progress through social-emotional checklists and functional behavioral data.
- Skilled in partnering with multidisciplinary teams and families to facilitate successful student reintegration.
Employment Terms: 10 months
Effective Date: July 1, 2026
Salary & Benefits: $60,244-$92,762, commensurate with experience. Family health benefits provided.
