Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Agent/Customer Service representative located in Orange, CA. The role involves providing top-notch customer service, assisting clients with their insurance needs, selling and managing insurance policies, and offering guidance on insurance products. Additionally, the representative will handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction while maintaining accurate records and staying up to date with insurance policies and regulations.
