We are seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman Electrician with a strong background in heavy industrial projects and wastewater treatment facilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with complex electrical systems, including electrical controls, and will be comfortable working in dynamic environments with evolving project needs.
Key Responsibilities
· Install, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems and control panels.
· Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documents.
· Perform conduit bending, panel wiring, terminations, and system startups.
· Collaborate with other trades and project managers to ensure project completion.
· Maintain a high standard of safety, quality, and productivity on all worksites.
· Document installations and service work using tools such as Bluebeam and Microsoft Excel.
· Participate in field coordination and clash detection reviews using tools such as Navisworks (preferred).
· Perform material takeoffs and compile material requisitions for procurement.
· Provide mentoring and support to apprentices when applicable.
Required Qualifications
· Valid Massachusetts Journeyman Electrician License
· Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy industrial electrical work
· Demonstrated knowledge of electrical controls and instrumentation
· Experience working with PVC-coated rigid conduit and stainless steel conduit
· Familiarity with OSHA safety standards; OSHA 10 certification required
· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
· Ability and willingness to travel to various job sites as needed
· Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Bluebeam; Navisworks familiarity is a plus
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience
· Work in municipal infrastructure or wastewater treatment plants
· Experience in managing or leading crews on-site
· Participation in startup and commissioning of electrical systems

Pay: $40.00 - $65.00 per hour
