Elm Crest Manor is looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN, Director of Nursing, to lead and oversee the nursing department, ensure high quality patient care, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with regulations all while fostering a positive and supportive work environment. Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department.
- Ensure compliance with health care regulations and standards.
- Lead and mentor nursing staff to foster professional development.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve patient care services.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
- Monitor patient care quality and respond to feedback and concerns.
- Manage nursing budgets and resource allocation efficiently.
- 2-3 years of Nurse Management experience in a post-acute / skilled nursing facility, LTC or Hospital preferred.
- Current active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Dakota.
- Significant experience in a nursing leadership role.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards.
- Exceptional leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and staff resources effectively.
