We’re seeking a Prom & Bridal Assistant Manager who’s passionate about fashion, people, and bringing dream looks to life.
What You’ll Do
- Lead with exceptional customer service — answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.
- Provide one-on-one styling consultations for prom and bridal clients, helping them find their perfect fit and style.
- Take and manage all scheduled and walk-in bridal appointments.
- Support inventory management, organization, and stock presentation.
- Inspire and motivate the team to exceed monthly sales goals.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of current prom and bridal trends, designers, and collections.
- Create and maintain stunning visual displays throughout the boutique.
- Keep the boutique pristine — every dress steamed, every rack ready, every detail perfect.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous retail experience, especially with a strong customer service focus.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively toward sales and service goals.
- Strong presentation and communication skills — both written and verbal.
- A positive attitude, enthusiasm for fashion, and a team-player mindset.
- High attention to detail and excellent multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable using iPads, Outlook, and basic data entry systems.
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs and work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Prior retail management experience is a plus!
