Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Elicit and document business requirements and current-state processes.
- Develop process maps, user stories, and use cases for new workflows.
- Support change management planning, communications, and training documentation.
- Facilitate collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Ensure deliverables align with Metro’s modernization and operational goals.
- US Citizen with the ability to obtain clearance (active clearance preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
- 3 years of business analysis and process documentation experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills Experience with requirements gathering and stakeholder management
