We are seeking a dedicated and skilled ATM Service Technician for a full-time, role located in Muscle Shoals/Huntsville Alabama region. The technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing ATM machines, troubleshooting technical issues, performing field service calls, and ensuring optimal functionality. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service during site visits and maintaining accurate service records.

Qualifications
- Proficient in Maintenance & Repair of technical and electronic equipment
- Strong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently
- Experience in performing Field Service and on-site operational support
- Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and adapt to various environments
- Previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of ATM service operations is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment as required
