Ellsworth Jewelers is seeking a warm, polished, and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Associate / Sparkle Specialist to join our team during the busiest and most exciting time of the year. This is more than a seasonal retail role. We are looking for someone who can make a lasting impact on our clients and our team, with the possibility of continued employment beyond the holiday season for the right individual.
Whether helping a customer find the perfect gift, celebrating an engagement, or creating a memorable shopping experience, you'll play an important role in bringing joy to our clients during the holiday season.
What You'll Do
- Welcome every customer with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm
- Build meaningful relationships and provide exceptional client experiences
- Assist customers with holiday gift purchases, jewelry selections, and special occasions
- Learn about our jewelry collections and confidently guide customers through their buying decisions
- Support client outreach and follow-up efforts
- Help maintain a beautiful, polished showroom environment
- Assist with gift wrapping, merchandising, inventory support, and daily store operations
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure every client feels valued and celebrated
- Jump in wherever needed during our busiest season

Schedule & Compensation
- $20-$24 per hour based on experience
- Approximately 30 hours per week
- Additional hours available as we approach Christmas
- Immediate start through December 24th
- Saturdays required
- Availability during key holiday shopping days required
