Evening Janitorial Supervisor

This Role: To maintain the cleanliness of all designated areas as directed, using appropriate equipment and supplies. Ensure that all areas are kept in a clean and hygienic condition. Adhere to safety procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Clean, sweep, vacuum, and dust designated areas

· Empty trash

· Clean restrooms

· Replenish hand towels, toilet tissue, soaps, etc.

· Use and care for designated equipment and materials

· Restock and order supplies

· Follow all health and safety regulations

· Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures

· Treat others with respect and kindness

· Receive constructive feedback with the intent to learn and enhance cooperation

· Engage in designated communication channels.

· Perform related duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Knowledge and skills:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external clients

· Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service

· Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion

· Pay attention to detail—takes pride in work

· Reliability and the ability to work without direct supervision

· Be a committed team player who can work cooperatively with others

· Work discreetly in offices and reception areas

· Must be honest and hardworking

Physical Requirements:

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with productivity standards and procedures. May require an employee to bend, reach, and stand for extended periods of time.

6pm-10pm
