Job Overview

We are seeking friendly and attentive Bowling Alley Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring a fun and safe environment for all guests, and assisting with daily operations of the bowling alley. This position offers an engaging work environment where teamwork and a positive attitude are essential. Candidates should be comfortable handling basic math and operating POS systems to facilitate transactions efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Run Our Kitchen, Make Pizzas, Burgers, Fried Foods
• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit
• Assist customers with lane assignments, shoe rentals, and other inquiries
• Operate POS systems accurately to process payments for bowling, rentals, and concessions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bowling area, including lanes, shoes, and common spaces
• Monitor the safety of guests and ensure adherence to safety guidelines
• Handle cash register operations with basic math skills for transactions and change calculations
• Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to enhance their experience

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required
• Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions effectively
• Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous but training will be provided
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are important for engaging with guests
