Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily maintenance operations, including preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Supervise and schedule maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Maintain building systems, equipment, grounds, and utilities in accordance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Develop and manage maintenance budgets, supply orders, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local building codes and regulations.
• Participate in safety committee meetings and support emergency preparedness plans.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility and grounds.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred.
• Prior experience in maintenance supervision, preferably in a healthcare or skilled nursing setting.
• 1-2 years of management/supervising experience
• Knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety codes.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements (DOH, OSHA, Life Safety Code) strongly preferred.
