As a Tasting Room Server / Service Associate, you’ll be the face of Elliston Vineyards, ensuring every guest has a delightful experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Guiding guests through wine tastings and sharing knowledge about our wines.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting tasting room environment.
• Assisting with wine sales and ensuring smooth transactions.
• Supporting the team with events and other hospitality-related tasks as needed.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• 1 year of experience in a similar role or hospitality environment.
• Strong organizational skills to keep things running smoothly.
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A willingness to learn and share knowledge about our wines.
