What you'll take on
- Deliver day‑to‑day field service across the local market, including service calls, new equipment installations, and preventive maintenance.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues; provide sales support and occasional end‑user training.
- Communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders on site and remotely.
- Represent Ellison Technologies professionally and ethically in every interaction.
- Own your cases and projects end‑to‑end; maintain accurate customer records and technical documentation.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Hands‑on experience installing, maintaining, and/or repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers.
- Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Comfort with customer‑facing work, including basic training and sales support.
- Disciplined documentation and ownership of service outcomes.
- Servo motors and related machine tool technologies.
- Car allowance with fuel covered.
- Company cell phone and laptop.
- Operational support to minimize reporting overhead so you can focus on the machines and the customer.
