What you’ll tackle
- Perform field service, new installs, and preventive maintenance on CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems with precision.
- Resolve customer issues, provide sales support, and deliver some on-site training.
- Communicate clearly with operators, supervisors, and management across varied environments.
- Represent Ellison Technologies professionally and ethically at all times.
- Own every service case and project; maintain customer records and technical documentation accurately.
- Handle other related duties as assigned.
- Hands-on experience installing, maintaining, and repairing CNC machine tools (machining and turning centers).
- Well-developed troubleshooting skills across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical disciplines.
