Role Description
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher for a full-time, on-site position located in Casa Grande, AZ. The Concrete Finisher will be responsible for tasks such as preparing, pouring, and finishing concrete; setting and aligning forms; smoothing and leveling flatwork; and operating tools and equipment required for construction projects. This role demands precision, teamwork, and adherence to safety protocols in a dynamic field environment.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience as a concrete finisher in construction environments
- Experience placing, finishing, and curing concrete for flatwork, sidewalks, curbs, pads, and structural applications
- Proficient in screeding, floating, troweling, edging, and broom finishing
- Ability to set forms, check grade, and ensure proper alignment before concrete placement
- Knowledge of concrete mixes, finishing techniques, and proper curing methods
- Ability to read basic construction plans and follow layout measurements
- Experience operating finishing tools and equipment including power trowels, vibrators, and screeds
- Knowledge of jobsite safety practices and OSHA regulations
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments
