Ellis Towing is seeking candidates to fill multiple positions. We are hiring Light Duty Towing Operators. Experience preferred but will train the right candidate. Must be at least 25 years of age to drive. Must be able to work as a team. Our employees are the life line of the company. Come be a part of our team!
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a truck
- Work as a member of a team
- Operate a manual or automatic transmission vehicle
- Adhere to applicable federal and state laws and rules
- Follow routes and stay in compliance with DOT, state and local regulations
- Comply with all transportation laws and provide a valid driver's license (DOT Photo Card)
Skills
- Proven working experience as a driver
- Hands on experience with electronic equipment (GPS, CBRS etc.)
- Ability to drive, operate and maintain various types of trucks (delivery truck, cargo van, etc.)and vehicles (drive, operate, navigate).
- Very good communication skills
- Valid driver's license (Required)
