Job Summary
We are seeking a Cabinet Maker Apprentice on the Future Leader Track who is hungry to learn, driven to grow, and ready to earn their place alongside some of the finest cabinetmakers in the industry. This is not a job for someone "to clock in and out". This is for someone who wants to master a trade, take pride in their work, and grow into a leadership role over time.
What Makes the Opportunity Different-Work side-by-side with master cabinetmakers-Learn on high end, custom millwork projects (not production line work)-Gain exposure to advanced equipment and processes (CNC, molders, custom fabrication)-Be developed with a clear path to: Lead craftsman, Shop leader, trainer/mentor for future apprentices
