And weve built a wonderfully diverse team of Porters who reflect the diversity of the clients we serve.As our team continues to grow, weve remained committed to cultivating an inspiring, authentic, comfortable, and flexible work environment where you are respected, encouraged to bring your whole self to work, and challenged to continue your growth as a professional in the legal immigration field.Position Summary:As anImmigration Case Manageron our Employment-Based Automotive team, you will be part of a team of Attorneys and Case Managers that help our global clients navigate the US immigration system, supporting them through the many stages of the non-immigrant visa process for H-1B, L-1, E-2, and TN, among others. In this role, you will have the opportunity to help companies and their international employees achieve their strategic and professional goals - it's truly rewarding work.What Youll Do:Support employers and their international employees in a variety of occupational categories and/or industries within the automotive and engineering sector, working in partnership with our AttorneysReview and organize supporting information and documentation as requested by your team's Attorneys and Senior Case ManagersDraft employment-based immigration petition and application forms and letters to be reviewed by your team's AttorneysSupport Attorneys in the preparation of responses to Requests for Evidence issued by government agencies.Log client-related and case-related information into our immigration case management system and take steps to ensure that all client records in the system remain accurate and updatedFollow up with clients regarding case expiration dates and deadlines to help ensure the timely filing of all submissions to appropriate government agenciesKeep abreast of applicable filing requirements for submissions to USCIS and the U.S. Consulates under the U.S. Department of StateWhat Skills You'll Bring:2 years of experience working in the immigration field as a case manager or paralegalExperience preparing employment-based non-immigrant petitions and applications, as well as online applications (DS-160) to apply for a U.S. visa at a Consulate abroadAbility to prioritize and manage a busy caseload in an efficient manner and consistent with numerous inflexible legal deadlinesAbility to collaborate professionally and effectively with team membersExcellent communication and organizational skillsHigh level of attention to detailCommitment to exceptional customer service, ensuring timely, proactive, and client-focused solutionsDesire to work in a progressive, high-growth environment with a startup mentalityPassionate proponent of immigration and global mobilityStrong cultural competence in working with international clients and diverse teamsKindness, empathy, diversity and inclusion as key strategic drivers of business successWhat We'll Provide to You:Opportunity to do challenging and highly rewarding work at a fast-growing firm with an inspiring missionOpportunity to join intelligent, creative, and dedicated immigration professionals who value respectful, collaborative working relationshipsInclusive firm culture celebrating diverse perspectives, backgrounds, identities, and experiencesPeople-centered workplace policies and flexible work schedules, including remote work opportunitiesCompetitive compensation, health/dental/vision/life insurance benefits, a 401(k)-retirement savings plan with employer-matching, and a generous paid-time-off policyCasual attire, plenty of free food, and regular opportunities for exposure to international cuisine and cultureDoes this position, and our culture, seem like a good fit for you?
