Ellis Medicine is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join Ellis Primary Care at Nott Street in Schenectady, New York.

Practice Highlights

Ellis Primary Care at Nott Street provides comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages, including:

• Preventive care and wellness visits

• Pediatric and adolescent medicine

• Adult and geriatric care

• Annual physical examinations

• Management of acute illnesses and injuries

Qualifications

• Current New York State Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license

• DEA registration required

• Board Certification required

• Previous experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant required.

Compensation & Benefits

Ellis Medicine offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package including:

• Starting salary: $136,842

• $5,000 Starting Bonus

• Relocation assistance available

Compensation may vary based on experience, training, and other factors. Additional incentive opportunities may be available.
