Summary: Provide case management support to Attorneys by preparing discovery, assembling and organizing case materials, writing memoranda.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
*Request missing medical bills and records
* Respond to discovery, such as Interrogatories and Request for Production of Documents;
* Draft brief deposition summaries and medical treatment summaries
* Read and summarize deposition transcripts;
* Conduct legal and miscellaneous research;
* Prepare legal and other correspondence;
* Communicate with potential and existing clients;
* Perform other related duties as assigned.
* Data Entry
Requirements:
* Exceptional research and writing skills
* Impeccable command of English grammar and spelling
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
* Qualified persons will be well organized, motivated, self-directed and detail-oriented
* Reliable and punctual
* Professional etiquette
* Plaintiff personal injury experience is required
