Position: Physical Therapist (Full-Time)

Location: Louisville, KY
Setting: Outpatient Orthopedics & Sports Medicine

As a Physical Therapist at E&B, you’ll design and deliver customized treatment plans focused on helping patients achieve their highest level of performance and function. You’ll have the support, tools, and mentorship you need to thrive in a fast-paced, energizing environment.

Your Role:

• Evaluate and treat patients using progressive, functional techniques

• Create individualized rehab plans and home programs

• Communicate regularly with patients and interdisciplinary team members

• Track outcomes and make real-time adjustments to improve progress

• Stay current with best practices through CE and mentorship

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy

• Active Physical Therapy license in Kentucky (or ability to obtain)

• Passion for sports medicine and functional rehab

Bonus Points (Preferred but not required):

• Athletic Trainer certification

• Dry Needling, Graston/IASTM, SFMA, FMS, Cupping, or BFR certifications

• NASM PES or CES, CSCS
