About The Role
We are looking for a strong, proactive Technical Recruiter to lead hiring across our engineering, product, data, and technical operations teams. This person will own the full recruiting lifecycle, help us build a high-quality and efficient hiring process, and serve as a trusted partner to hiring managers across the company.
This role is ideal for someone who is excited to work inside a fast-moving startup environment and wants to build recruiting as a true strategic function. We are looking for someone who can drive searches independently, improve recruiting operations, deliver a great candidate experience, and help us scale thoughtfully as we grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and other business-critical roles, from kickoff through close.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, calibrate profiles, and build effective search strategies.
- Source, engage, and manage high-quality candidates across engineering, product, data, design, and other priority functions.
- Run structured and efficient recruiting processes, including intake meetings, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and offer support.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Improve the quality, consistency, and speed of our hiring processes.
- Help hiring managers define interview plans, scorecards, and evaluation criteria.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience from first touch through final decision.
- Track recruiting funnel metrics and use data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with leadership on headcount planning, prioritization, and hiring strategy.
- Help strengthen our employer brand and represent the company effectively to candidates.
- Reduce dependence on external agencies by building strong internal recruiting capabilities.
- Support recruiting operations, ATS hygiene, process documentation, and continuous improvement across the hiring function.
- 8 years of experience in Quality Engineering, QA, or SDET leadership roles, including experience managing high-performing QA teams
- 4 years of recruiting experience, with significant experience hiring for technical roles.
- Experience owning full-cycle recruiting in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Strong track record of sourcing and closing candidates across engineering, product, data, or other technical functions.
- Ability to build trust with hiring managers and provide thoughtful guidance throughout the hiring process.
- Strong interviewing, screening, and candidate assessment skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple searches and shifting priorities at once.
- Strong judgment, follow-through, and a high level of ownership.
- Experience using an ATS and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
- Experience in healthcare technology, digital health, or regulated software environments.
- Experience recruiting for AI, machine learning, data, healthcare technology, or enterprise SaaS roles.
- Experience building recruiting processes at an early-stage or scaling startup.
- Familiarity with compensation benchmarking and offer development.
- Experience supporting hiring manager training or interview process design.
- Comfort working across both technical and non-technical recruiting when needed.
- The QA organization is structured, scalable, and aligned around clear quality standards
- Testing practices are robust across product functionality, data pipelines, AI-enabled workflows, and customer-specific implementations
- Releases are more predictable, and fewer issues escape into production
- Production issues are identified, triaged, and resolved more efficiently, with strong feedback loops into engineering and product
- Quality metrics are visible, actionable, and tied to customer experience and platform reliability
- The organization has greater confidence in launch readiness, data integrity, and real- world performance across the platform
Hiring is one of the most important ways we build the company. This role will help us attract exceptional talent, improve the quality and efficiency of our hiring process, and build a more sustainable internal recruiting function as we scale.
