About the Role:
As the People Partner, you’ll work closely with GTM senior leaders and people managers to enable growth, drive performance, and foster an inclusive, high-impact culture. You’ll be the go-to partner for client-facing teams across the Americas, supporting them in scaling effectively and sustainably.
This role blends strategic advising with hands-on execution across talent development, organizational design, employee engagement, and HR program delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with GTM leaders to support team growth, drive engagement, and evolve company culture
- Lead people initiatives across onboarding, performance management, learning & development, and org design
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations and people strategy
- Support organizational scaling and change management in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Collaborate cross-functionally with global People Partners to deliver cohesive HR programs
Key Requirements
- 7 years in HR, with at least 5 years in a strategic HRBP role
- Proven success partnering with sales, customer-facing, or commercial teams
- Experience in tech/startup or scale-up environments
- Comfortable working in a global, matrixed organization
- Agile, collaborative, and able to influence across all levels
- Strong communicator with a passion for building culture and developing talent
- High EQ and Digital fluent – embracing AI changes.
