With a from scratch menu, including local and regional proteins and vegetables, fresh fish, vegetarian, appetizers, salads, and soups, with an emphasis on quality rather than quantity.
This job requires a minimum of 1 year of experience as a prep or line cook.

Experience:
- Cooking: 1 year (Required)
