Assistant C-Store Manager

Job Summary:

Elliott Oil Company is currently seeking an Assistant C-Store Manager who will support the C-Store Manager in the daily operations of the convenience store. The Assistant C-Store Manager will supervise employees, provide exceptional customer service, and help carry out the directives of the Store Manager and Elliott Oil Company.

Assistant C-Store Manager Responsibilities and duties (what you’ll do):

 Supervise and direct activities of other store employees o Including training and ensuring compliance with required regulations and requirements

 Ensure that there is excellent customer service o Provide courteous and prompt resolution of employee and/or customer issues

 Manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager

 Maintain inventory and stock levels

 Merchandising and stocking product

 Ensure high level of cleanliness

 Perform computer entry and paperwork o Proper entry of invoices into system

Assistant C-Store Manager Qualifications and skills (what we’re looking for):

 High school diploma or GED required

 Prior retail experience, one year experience supervising in a retail operation preferred

 Strong interpersonal skills
