This is a full-time, on-site Litigation Attorney role based in Greenville, SC. The Litigation Attorney will handle a variety of legal tasks, including preparing motions, participating in trials and depositions, appearing in court hearings, and advising clients. The role requires collaboration with a dedicated legal team to deliver exceptional client outcomes while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and ethical practice.
- Strong understanding of Law, legal procedures, and regulations
- Proven experience drafting, filing, and arguing Motions
- Experience working in Courts, including managing hearings, filings, and case presentations
- Proficiency in preparing for and conducting Trials and Depositions
- Excellent legal writing, communication, and analytical skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Licensed to practice law in South Carolina and in good standing
- Experience in family law or personal injury law is a plus
