What are the responsibilities and job description for the Leadership Development Program position at Elliott Electric Supply?
Elliott Electric Supply is currently hiring in our Leadership Development Program. This program is designed to hire and train our next managers and sales staff. In this role, our LDP recruit will train in all aspects of our operations according to the training schedule; warehouse, counter sales, inside sales, operations management, and outside sales.
We have opened 3 stores in Kansas in the past 2 years with plans for more. We have over 168 locations spread through 8 states. Elliott Electric Supply is the 9th largest electrical distributor in the nation. LDP recruits can be for within the Kansas territory, or they have the option of being company recruits to transfer to other states as opportunities arise if so interested.
Looking for college graduates who are looking for a career path. Must be good with computers, people, team building, and a strong work ethic.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $45,000.00 per year
