Overview & Responsibilities PURPOSE OF THE JOB The Global Consolidation Manager will lead and oversee the consolidation and reporting function for Ebara Elliott Energy (EEE). This role is accountable for ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant consolidation of global financial results across all regions and entities and delivering high-quality reporting for both executive management and external stakeholders. The position requires a highly skilled finance leader with deep expertise in consolidation, intercompany processes, fixed assets, and financial systems, while also serving as the key liaison with global and regional finance teams to ensure alignment with corporate standards, IFRS compliance, and Ebara Corporation’s reporting requirements. SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/COMPETENCIES Global Consolidation & Reporting · Lead the global month-end, quarter-end, and year-end consolidation processes in accordance with IFRS and Ebara Group reporting requirements. · Oversee preparation of consolidated financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and supporting disclosures. · Ensure integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of global consolidation results in FCCS and reporting in Stravis. · Manage and review AnaPlan reporting for forecasts and plans. · Prepare and review monthly executive reporting packages, providing analysis of key trends, variances, and risks. Team Leadership & Oversight Directly manage the following roles: · Global Finance Systems Lead – responsible for finance system maintenance, enhancements, and controls (FCCS, ERP integrations). · Global Fixed Asset Lead – oversee fixed asset accounting, capitalization policies, and global asset reporting. · Global Intercompany / Eliminations Lead – ensure proper intercompany reconciliations, eliminations, and compliance with transfer pricing policies. · Global Reporting Manager – oversee global Stravis reporting review for actuals, AnaPlan reporting for forecast/plan, and preparation of monthly executive reporting. Governance & Controls · Maintain strong internal control environment for global consolidation and reporting processes. · Ensure compliance with Ebara Group policies, IFRS standards, and audit requirements (internal and external). · Partner with Deloitte (external auditors) on quarterly/annual audit deliverables and consolidation-related queries. Business Partnership & Continuous Improvement · Collaborate with regional controllers, treasury, tax, and FP&A to ensure alignment and accuracy of consolidated results. · Lead initiatives to improve efficiency, automation, and standardization in consolidation and reporting processes. · Act as key finance lead for consolidation-related systems projects (e.g., ERP migrations, Oracle/SAP integration with FCCS/Stravis). · Support CFO and executive team with ad hoc analysis and presentations. BACKGROUND and EXPERIENCE · Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA/Chartered Accountant strongly preferred). · 10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with at least 5 years in consolidation and financial reporting roles for global organizations. · Deep knowledge of IFRS and global consolidation processes. · Strong experience with consolidation/reporting tools (FCCS is a plus). · Proven leadership experience managing global finance teams across multiple geographies. · Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. · Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, global, and matrixed environment.
