New Business Marketing Coordinator for Vacation Rentals
PART-TIME – 2 or 4 days per week
Location: Windy Hill - North Myrtle Beach, SC
Are you a laser-focused & innovative lead-generating & digital marketing machine? We are looking for a New Business Marketing Coordinator who is knowledgeable in vacation rentals and/or real estate. Daily tasks include lead generation, campaign creation & management, lead tracking and reporting, identifying new lead opportunities and presenting them to the team, supporting our marketing team when required, creating content, managing our property management/new business social media page(s), and presenting our brand as a market leader.
Successful candidates will be sharp communicators, detail-oriented, and creative. Be innovative and open to trying new lead-generation ideas to support a winning sales team. You will work alongside the new business team & marketing manager and take direction on the company goals and objectives for generating vacation rental leads.
Responsibilities
- Implement a Lead Generation Plan as directed by the New Business & Marketing Manager
- Understand the new business goals and help implement and account for a digital marketing plan to achieve them
- Create lead generation campaigns through Salesforce, track and report on results
- Support our new business team with marketing analytics and various administrative support
- Work with our new business team to maintain updated customer information inside our CRM
- Social media account management for new business
- Website and landing page creation, updating & maintenance as needed
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Strong Communication Skills
- Ability to creatively write content
- Good understanding of social media platforms and how to create engaging content
- Excellent Organizational Skills, ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Experience in Salesforce and/or Pardot or similar CRM
- Experience with Adobe Suite and Canva
- Experience with Google Analytics & Ads
Experience:
- Business Social Media: 1 year (Required)
- Digital Marketing: 2 years (Required)
- WordPress: 1 year (Preferred)
- Salesforce CRM experience or similar: 1 year (Preferred)
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
- Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Indesign, Acrobat): 1 year (Preferred)
- Knowledge of the vacation rental industry and real estate (Preferred)
Pay: $22-30/hr with opportunity for bonuses
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
