We are seeking an experienced Software Delivery Manager to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience across multiple technology stacks, exceptional English communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions to US customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end software delivery process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Utilize expertise in various technology stacks to provide guidance and support to development teams.
- Conduct interviews, select candidates, and oversee the recruitment process from initial contact through to onboarding.
- Coordinate and manage interview schedules with customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Collaborate effectively with external recruiters to identify top talent and build a strong pipeline of candidates.
- Act as a liaison between development teams and customers, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements.
- Provide mentorship and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Proactively identify risks and issues, and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Track and report on project progress, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and enhance team productivity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10 years of experience in software delivery, with a strong background in multiple technology stacks.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven experience working with US customers and understanding of their expectations and preferences.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and making hiring decisions.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
