The OQ QA Specialist will be responsible for the following:
- Overseeing the Operator Qualification Program
- Training and Evaluating Personnel
- Ensuring Regulatory Compliance
- Managing Systems and Records
- Supporting Field Operations
QUALIFICATIONS (Required or preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of training, safety or gas distribution experience.
- Working knowledge of federal, state & industry requirements to resolve compliance issues.
- Experience in developing technical programs in accordance with industry requirements and conducting training sessions with field employees to support operations.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Knowledge of DOT operator qualification compliance regulations and industry standards.
- Working knowledge of federal, state and industry requirements to resolve compliance issues.
- Ability to instruct, train and demonstrate natural gas fusing knowledge.
- Maintain confidentiality.
