Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to crew members
- Communicate job expectations, work plans, and safety requirements clearly and consistently
- Support and guide crew members to ensure work is completed efficiently and correctly
- Monitor job site activities and address issues or questions as they arise
- Lead by example with a strong focus on safety and teamwork
- Coordinate with supervisors and other crews as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous management or leadership experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with others
- Ability to lead a team and support a positive work environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that may vary
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Willingness to travel, with home time on weekends
- Physically able to sit, stand, and perform outdoor construction work
Requirements:
- Safety
- CDL preferred
- Fed/med Card
- 5 years of experience in gas industry
- Ability to manage project
