Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist the crew with daily tasks, including shoveling and job site setup
- Serve as a spotter/watch for equipment operators
- Carry materials and support general job site needs
- Assist all crew members as needed to keep work moving efficiently
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safety-minded approach at all times
Qualifications:
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that may vary
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Willingness to travel, with home time on weekends
- Physically able to sit, stand, and perform outdoor construction work
Requirements:
- CDL preferred
- Good driving record
- Communication skills
- Federal Med/health Card
- 2 years of experience operating Directional Drills around utilities safely
- Directional Drill and Locating Box
- Must be located in Western Iowa.
