Ellingson is hiring HDD Laborers and Operators who are at least 21 years of age to join their growing utility and drilling team. Ellingson is a stable, family values-based company that specializes in underground solutions throughout the United States. We have both regional and national teams.

The HDD Laborer and Operator will need to work safely on outdoor job sites and is responsible for the following:
- Utilize power tools to create underground connections.
- Get along with all types of personalities.
- Follow instructions while assisting all crew members with tasks.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license is required.
- CDL preferred but not required. CDL training available.
- National crews travel a minimum of 2 weeks and as much as 5-6 weeks at a time.
- Long hours and overtime are required.
- Ability to perform hands-on work.
