What you bring:
Active NMLS license in New York (or ability to obtain promptly); clean regulatory record
2 years of front-end origination experience; luxury/investor market experience preferred
Established referral relationships
Strong consultative and communication skills with client-first focus
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a high-volume, deadline-driven pipeline
Tech-proficient and comfortable operating in a digital-first environment
Compensation:
Competitive bps structure. This position is commission-based. Annualized earnings typically range from $50,000–$500,000 , depending on production volume and loan mix.
