We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented accounting professional to support the financial operations of the business. This role will focus on accounts payable, expense tracking, and maintaining clean, accurate reporting across both Elliman Capital and Associated Mortgage Bankers.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is strong in Excel, enjoys building structure, and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Track and organize company-wide expenses
• Manage accounts payable processes across multiple entities
• Build and maintain Excel-based reporting tools
• Help create structure and consistency in financial workflows

Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle accounts payable across multiple entities, including invoice intake, coding, approvals, and payment processing
• Track and reconcile operational expenses, including vendor invoices, marketing spend, and office-related costs
• Monitor and reconcile corporate credit card activity across multiple users and entities
• Assist in tracking and organizing loan-level expenses and mortgage-related costs
• Build and maintain Excel-based trackers and reporting tools for internal visibility
• Maintain accurate and well-organized financial records and supporting documentation
• Support month-end close processes and coordinate with internal teams as needed
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, organization, and reporting across accounting workflows
Requirements:
• Two or more years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or accounts payable
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data organization
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in mortgage banking, lending, or financial services
• Experience working across multiple entities or business lines
• Familiarity with accounting systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar
• Exposure to loan-level accounting, expense allocation, or operational cost tracking
