Love pizza and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team- oriented environment? We are looking for a dependable, friendly team member to join our locally owned Pizzaria. Energetic and capable candidates that are open to learning the ELI way! Thursday to Sunday from 12 am to 9 pm availability and reliable transportation is a must. Our ideal candidate will be comfortable with a fast-paced environment, with a consistently helpful attitude.

Starting Pay: $13.00/hour tips

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service to ensure a positive dining experience
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using our POS system
• Prepare and serve food items efficiently, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
• Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give correct change with basic math skills
• Clear tables, bussing dishes promptly to maintain cleanliness and efficiency in the dining area
• Food preparation and kitchen support, following proper food handling procedures
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen spaces in compliance with sanitation standards
• Support team members with food service duties including serving, cashiering, and food delivery
• Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure quick service without compromising quality
• Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety

Skills

• Previous pizza- making experience preferred
• An inquisitive attitude, constantly seeking to learn and improve
• Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and cashiering is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order totals
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary experience is a plus
• Understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry is a plus, but will be trained on those principles.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members in a quick dining setting
• Experience with food handling, bussing, serving, and supporting kitchen operations is desirable, but not necessary.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
