We are seeking a motivated and compassionate pre-licensed mental health therapist (e.g., LPC-IT, APSW, MFT-IT) to join our team. Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy to clients in an outpatient setting
- Develop individualized treatment plans and document progress in a timely, professional manner
- Collaborate with clinical supervisors and team members to support client care and your growth as a clinician
- Attend regular supervision and team meetings
- Maintain ethical and professional standards of care
- Participate in ongoing professional development
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field
- Must hold active LPC-IT or APSW. SAC-IT also encouraged to apply
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to support others
- Open-minded, self-aware, and committed to cultural humility and inclusivity
- Comfortable working with diverse populations and presenting concerns
- Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team
- Clinical supervision for licensure (LPC, LCSW, CSAC)
